Hello! I’m Craig, Director of New Chapter Property finance. I have been a mortgage broker now for nearly 6 years, gaining a wealth of knowledge and specialising in not only residential properties, but also buy-to-let, HMO, bridging finance, and specialist mortgages.
I like to build long-term relationships with my clients and work with them to get the best outcome for their circumstances – whether that be the dream family home, or helping a landlord build and expand their portfolio.
In my spare time, I like to keep fit by playing tennis and football. I am a big football fan and support Manchester United. I love spending time with my family and having day trips out with them as much as possible!

Hi, I’m Steph, Director of New Chapter Property Finance. I have been working in the industry for over 10 years. I began my career as a mortgage adviser in a local building Society, then moved to a mortgage broker position at an estate agents. Prior to founding New Chapter Property Finance, I worked for an established brokerage firm.
I love what I do and being a part of such an important life event for my clients. I am passionate about getting the best possible mortgage and protection packages for my clients and pride myself on never giving up to ensure my clients get the best possible outcome.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. Whether that be at our local park or an amazing summer holiday, family time is so precious. I also love to socialise with my friends and have a passion for shopping!
